The hotel was in a beautiful location close enough to tubes that constituted approx a teaspoonful and congealed in the coffee leaving ghastly bits in the bottom of the mug as well as seafront/near theatre.

The venue was perfectly clean and good-sized. The room was well decorated and well-kept with en suite bathroom and the view was relaxing. The continental breakfast had lots of delicacies and was gorgeous. Had unbeatable location on outskirts of Southend nice scenic walks along the gardens overlooking the sea, a short walk from The Cliffs Pavilion.
